We Are Scientists
As scientists, we know the transformational impact good management training has on a business.
We have a combined 35+ years experience in industry and academia working at start-ups, midsize and Fortune 500 companies.
We have navigated our own career transitions and mentored our staff through theirs:
- academia to industry
- lab-based individual contributor to managing teams and departments
We’ve spent years developing internal leadership resources and now offer those services to the broader scientific community
Our Approach
Trial and error is no way to learn management.
- Like our technical skills, management is a skillset to be learned and improved upon through practice
- Without an investment in manager training, team performance remains limited
We provide you with data and tools
- You’ll walk away with skills and tools you can immediately use and start building upon.
- Our training is scaffolded so that new skills progressively build on the ones that came before.
We focus on the important
- Our trainings are specifically designed to meet the needs of scientists, engineers and technical staff
- We teach practical skills that will apply for the entirety of your career
Meet the Team
