Foundations of Management

This course is designed specifically with scientists, engineers and technical staff in mind. Because that is who we are too.

We walk you through core leadership and management skills, building upon the lessons learned, and provide support and practice along the way to foster successful implementation of the skills learned. You will walk away each week with tools you can immediately use and start to build upon.

We designed each training to be short, engaging, and buildable. This is not a boring virtual training where you find yourself multitasking and drifting.
